NEBRASKA STATE FAIR MARCHING SCHEDULE

September 4, 2026

7:15-7:25 – Load bus at FCS

7:30 – Leave for G.I.

8:45 – Arrive at NE State Fairgrounds

9-9:15 – Line up and warm up

9:30 – Step off (FCS Warriors are the lead band!)
I’m not sure how long it will take to march the parade route.
I’m guessing around 15 minutes?

After we finish marching, we will watch a few of the other bands march, then we’ll head back to the bus to put percussion and instruments away.

We will divide the students into small groups and assign parent volunteers/teachers to each group to enjoy all that the fair has to offer!

Please send money with your student for lunch and anything else they would like to spend at the fair.

1:45 – Meet back at the bus

2:00 – Leave for Kearney

3:15 – Arrive at FCS
